The Ortel Business App assists you in quickly and easily registering Ortel Mobile SIM cards. Ensure you have the customer's identification document and the desired SIM card at hand.

The app guides you intuitively through the upcoming steps and provides support whenever possible. It offers identification documents from over 100 countries for quick capture, complete with example images. The most frequently used IDs are also displayed in a favorites menu. Information from compatible IDs can be directly imported, eliminating the need to manually type names, birthdates, and other details.

The process is completed in a few simple steps:

1. Registration of the SIM card through barcode scanning
2. Selection of the ID document using the favorites feature
3. Capture of the ID document
4. Verification and potential supplementation of the data extracted from the ID

Finally, the order just needs to be submitted, and in a short time, the SIM card will become active.

If there are delays, you can always check the status of a SIM card at any time.
